As the release date of his debut album Timing is Everything on 22nd July draws near, Detroit MC Kid Vishis has been busy meeting and speaking with trans – Atlantic media & press.

His interview with London’s I Am Hip Hop Magazine has just been published where he discusses his first paid rap job via the NFL Street 2 video game, the art of emceeing and the importance of versatility, his love of boxing, plans to tour Europe and rising stars to watch

They discuss the absence of featured artists on the new album with the exception of Royce da 5 9 on the final track and the thinking behind that, and working with a core group of producers on the release.
