Az Izz of legendary New Jersey hip hop crew The Outsidaz signs with New Dawn Records to release new album "Dopeliss"

Rapper and producer Az Izz of the legendary New Jersey hip hop crew has announced today that he has signed with New Dawn Records for the release of his new album “Dopeliss” on July 3rd 2020.

With medals long earned locally, the group became known more widely for their work with The Fugees, Wu Tang and D12 and sparked the solo careers of several members including Pace Won and Rah Digga of Flipmode Squad.

The new album marks a long overdue return for Az Izz

Largely self produced with additional contributions by Fleet DJs affiliate DJ Profluent, Qua Z Mo and 3rdRell, guest featured artists include fellow Outsidaz D.U. and Pace Won together with some of the Garden State’s hardest spitters Drift, Jaja Kenyatta, Nam, Rube the Difference and Equip. The album reflects the evolution of the eastcoast sound with a fusion of the traditional and contemporary resulting in essential listening for all hip hop heads.

Singles “Gettin’ It”, “Nunya” and double A side “Ghetto” b/w” “Crazy” will be released over April, May & June

The label have just published an audio teaser and video trailer for the album on Soundcloud and Youtube respectively
