First broadcast on air last week on Canada’s CHRW 94.9FM, the full audio stream of New Jersey’s 050 Boyz interview with Chase March for The Word is Bond Rap Radio Show has now been uploaded onto the WIB website.

They talk about all things hip hop, the comparisons between commercial rap and the independent scene, lyrical content, local artists such as Queen Latifah and the Golden Era of the 90’s. They then move on to the multiple debates about “the greatest of all time” and how that can be defined, before discussing their new album “Everything 050”.

Meantime another new video clip has emerged of DJ Eclipse tearin up an 050 Boyz joint on his Rap Is Outta Control Show on Sirius XM. He was seen recently cuttin their most recent single “DNA”, this time it’s “Hot Damn”

050 Boyz will be guests of DJ Eclipse on his Half Time Show on WNYU, Wednesday 12th August

The album “Everything 050” releases in 3 weeks, on Tuesday 4th August. Production throughout is by Clinton Place and features many from the Garden State scene including Treach (Naughty by Nature), DoItAll (Lords of the Underground), Tha Advocate, Lakim Shabazz, Ib the Druid and Famiil

Cincinnati MC Buggs tha Rocka sat down with The Word is Bond’s Chase March recently to discuss his new album “Scattered Thoughts of an American Poet” which releases on 10th December 2014.

Broadcast first on 17th November on CHRW 94.9FM(London Ontario) and repeated Saturday 22nd November on CFMU 93.3FM (Hamilton Ontario) for the WIB Rap Radio Show, the interview has just been streamed on the publication’s Soundcloud.

The album includes production and features from many local artists in Ohio, and also includes contributions by !llmind, Jake One, Tanya Morgan, Chuck Inglish of The Cool Kids and MOOD. Buggs has been busy conducting interviews with many international publications recently, and filming new videos for the release. He will soon release a re-cap video of the Reflection Eternal reunion event held in Cincinnati’s Rhinegeist Brewery on 30th October, a night which of course featured Talib Kweli, Hi Tek, Buggs, DJ Clockwork, MOOD and many others

Chase March, contributor to the renowned international hip hop online platform The Word is Bond, broadcasts a weekly Rap Radio Hour, and spoke recently to MidWest rapper Matt Maddox about his new album Righteous Fury which released on 25th February

There’s been extensive international media coverage over the past couple of months for the ex Guerilla War Tactix member’s sophomore album, his first in 4 years following the release of Asylum Artistry. He has taken his time putting the latest release together which he describes as his “most personal to date”, and called in the production skills of Skammadix, Nemesis, Sultan Mir, Jedi Mind Tricks’ C Lance, Vanderslice, Engineer, The Snowgoons’ Sicknature and the UK’s Edd Bundy. Throughout the album there is turntablism of the highest caliber courtesy of his Red Phone labelmate DJ TMB.

In addition to his own trademark raucous delivery, the album also benefits from contributions by Tragedy Khadafi, King Magnetic, Reef the Lost Cauze, Adlib, Burke the Jurke and many more
