Eastcoast hip hop duo Constant Deviants released their album “Omerta” earlier this year through Six2Six Records.

They have just been chosen for a merchandise campaign by British Clothing Manufacturer & Distributor “Everpress” for an exclusive limited edition set of sweatshirts and t-shirts. The campaign is for a limited period only, ending on November 25th with delivery dates expected to be December 5th.

Fair to say that 2016 will have proven to be a busy year for Long Beach hip hop crew Horseshoe Gang.

They released their new album “Anti-Trap Music” in April, the album immediately entering iTunes charts’ Top 50 in 15 countries with Amazon’s initial CD stock sold out in a day.

Their elder brother KXNG Crooked (aka Crooked I) had been developing a new talent show “One Shot” which is now due for first broadcast this month with the group featuring as judges, and in September a second limited edition album “4 Brothers” will be released, again through Seven 13 Entertainment.

Peter Johnstone from US online magazine Rhyme Junkie caught up with them recently to discuss their experience of the music industry, their views on trap music, the different lyrical styles each member brings to the group, the political content of tracks such as “Shoe-icide Squad” and what people can expect from “4 Brothers”.

At the heart of the re-emerging west coast hiphop & rap scene, Long Beach crew Horseshoe Gang are set to release their fourth official studio album “Anti-Trap Music” on 29th April 2016 through Seven 13 Music & Entertainment

The younger brothers of KXNG Crooked (aka Crooked I) and COB affiliates have been prolific over the past decade with a stream of EP, album and mixtape releases, and the new album follows last year’s “Knockin on Rap’s Door” EP. 2015 also saw their renowned rap battle with Funk Volume and an appearance on Sirius XM’s “Sway in the Morning”

Speaking on Kxng Crooked, his younger brothers Horseshoe Gang are finishing up their new album “Anti Trap Music” due for release in the early Spring 2016, again on Seven 13 Entertainemnt. Aside from various mixtapes, this will be the group’s sixth official release following on from “Gangsta MC” (2009), “Firing Squad” (2011), “True Story” (2012), “Top Ramen” (2013) and the Knockin on Rap’s Door EP released earlier this year.

They also hit the headlines recently for taking up Funk Volume’s $500k challenge to battle them. Watch their interview with DJ Vlad as they talk about what happened
