Hip Hop crew Belles in Monica released their new EP “Y’All in Meltdown” on Friday, the first time their classic singles “Y’All Under Surveillance” & “Meltdown” have been made available together in digital format, and includes all the celebrated remixes and turntablism by G-Sharp, Phi Life Cypher’s DJ Nappa, Krash Slaughta, DJ Mr Thing and Gripper.

Out today on the newly relaunched New Dawn Records, “Y’All in Meltdown – Lazarus EP Vol 1” by hip hop crew Belles in Monica is a re-issue of their classic singles “Y’All Under Surveillance” and “Meltdown” available together for the first time on digital formats.

The original vinyl releases were regulars on multiple stations including BBC Radio 1 and featured in a variety of printed publications including Billboard, Hip Hop Connection and Blues & Soul, while extensive club support led to high entries in DJ Magazine’s specialist charts.

The new EP includes the celebrated and some previously unreleased versions of the remixes by G-Sharp, Phi Life Cypher producer DJ Nappa, turntablist supreme DJ Mr Thing and legendary DMC finalist Krash Slaughta, and also features brand new exclusive re-worked productions of the originals. Dope rhymes, banging beats and formidable turntablism all served up for the hip hop connoisseurs.

NY State rapper Tone Chop & Winnipeg based producer Frost Gamble released their new EP ” Veteran” on November 18th through Seven 13 Music & Entertainment. Available to buy from iTunes

It features the singles “Leave It Alone”, a tribute to Sean Price featuring Ruste Juxx, and “Step Up” for which negotiations are underway with a film franchise for inclusion in one of their upcoming productions.

The duo have have just released this new bonus cut “Crowd Pleaser” as a free download, with rap battle veteran Chop delivering his trademark punchline bars and metaphors while Frost dices up Inspectah Deck’s “R.E.C. Room” for the hook.

Official video of the new single “Step Up” by NY State rapper Tone Chop and Winnipeg based producer Frost Gamble, filmed and directed by Big Drew Grafix.

It’s the second to be taken from the ex rap battle rivals’ EP “Veteran” out on November 18th through Seven 13 Music & Ent, and follows their tribute to Sean Price “Leave It Alone” which featured Ruste Juxx and Nobi.

With a little help from The A Team’s Mr T in the hook, Frost’s atmospheric production provides Chop with the backdrop to throw down challenges to all-comers through punchline filled verses.

West coast rap crew Horseshoe Gang release their new album “Anti-Trap Music” on April 29th through Seven 13 Music & Entertainment.

They hit the headlines last year picking up the $500,000 rap battle challenge laid down by Funk Volume with their Half a Meal response. Hopsin spoke more on this to DJ Vlad TV in the past couple of days

The Long Beach group, featured over the past few weeks in a wide range of publications in the States, UK and Europe, are joined on this new single “Intro” by the elder brother KXNG Crooked.
