Detroit MC Kid Vishis, younger brother of Royce da 5 9, releases his debut album “Timing is Everything” in exactly one week’s time, Tuesday 22nd July 2014.

With production by Mr Porter (Shady), Chase Moore (Hippie Sabotage), New Jersey’s Nemisis and Canadian Nick Zervos, it will be available on digital and physical CD formats worldwide, and autographed copies can be ordered from the label Seven 13 Entertainment now at www.seven13ent.com

He took time out recently to speak with Chase March from The Word is Bond Rap Radio Show to discuss the writing process of the new album, give his thoughts on the local hip hop scenes and Detroit MC’s, and also speaks about his brother

He has also just released the official video of his track “Talk Behind My Back” produced by Chase Moore. The video features Royce da 5 9 and Marvwon and was shot at his recording studio in Detroit

With just over a week to go until the release of his debut album “Timing is Everything” on 22nd July, Detroit’s Kid Vishis has featured in two more international online publications, this time the USA’s “Straight Fresh” and New Zealand’s “When Did You Fall in Love with Hip Hop”

In his interview with Straight Fresh, he spoke about his new album, his musical influences and views on today’s mainstream and underground scenes, artists he’d like to work with and plans for future mixtapes whether part of the “Sick ‘Em” series or a new release schedule. He also spoke on the influence and advice his brother Royce da 5 9 and other established artists he’s performed with have provided and his favourite tracks from his album and previous releases.

He also jumped on Skype recently with Aleyna Martinez from New Zealand’s “When Did You Fall In Love With Hip Hop”.
