Eastcoast rapper / producer duo Tone Chop & Frost Gamble have released their new album “Respect Is Earned Not Given” through Miami label 22 Entertainment whose back catalogue includes Royce da 5’9″, DJ Premier, Fashawn, KXNG Crooked, Joe Budden and Bumpy Knuckles.

The follow up to last year’s critically acclaimed “Veteran” EP is again rammed full of rugged rhymes, battle bars and true life stories from Binghamton’s lyrical marksman aided and abetted by guest artists Kool G Rap, Planet Asia, Canadian upcomer White Rhino, Tragedy Khadafi and rap battling phenomenon DNA.

Award winning producer Frost laces the album with high calibre beats fusing classic and contemporary sounds with a healthy dose of turntablism resulting in straight heat for the hip hop connoisseur. Look out for their guest appearance on DJ Eclipse’s Sirius XM Rap Is Outta Control Show, Monday October 16th.

Long established at the forefront of the UK’s burgeoning rap scene, DFH also spent time in NYC as part of J-Ronin’s “All Elements” clic and worked with US artists Sav Killz, Prince Po, Dead Prez, Hasan Salaam, D.V Alias Khryst and the late Sean P. Earlier this week, eastcoast rapper & producer duo Tone Chop & Frost Gamble jumped on Skype with Breakthru Radio host DJ Wayneski ahead of the release of their album “Respect Is Earned Not Given” releasing on September 29th.

New video by north west London rapper Da Flyy Hooligan, “Romero Bryan” is taken from his EP “Fucc Ya Life Praise Mine” released earlier this summer.

Long regarded as one of the UK’s most gifted and creative lyricists, his bullish rhymes are fuelled by Agor’s lavish guitar driven production. The newly shot visuals are equally as impressive, filmed and co:directed on location by DFH and Ringz ov Saturn, with further drone sequences choreographed by Subtle Satori.

One thing you can guarantee about Detroit rapper ZotheJerk, he makes for one helluva interviewee !

In this latest filmed interview with westcoast online Streets Connect TV, he talks in great detail about various aspects of his past, present and future.

The latest review of the new album “Black Beach” by Detroit rapper ZotheJerk and producer Frost Gamble has been published in the UK’s Blacksheep Magazine.

Written by regular contributor Andrew Kay, the article first of all acknowledges the creative nature of the album with both artists given equal billing, in a similar vein to Premo and Royce da 5’9″s PRhyme project.
