London rapper & producer duo Phoenix da Icefire and Husky Brown released their groundbreaking new album “Panacea” through New Dawn Records on May 5th

Nominated for “Best Independent Album” at this year’s prestigious AIM Awards taking place on August 12th ( https://www.aimawards.co.uk/nominees ), Husky’s rare fusion of hip hop, electro, bass, dub, soul and r&b is the soundtrack for Phoenix’s highly creative narrative addressing many of today’s most pressing issues including climate change, racism, well being, mental health, knife crime and social aspiration, all delivered with a refreshing and optimistic counterpoint of hope, healing and reconciliation.

The first video from the album “The Humans are Coming” released today. Filmed by Global Faction and UKHH, the spectacular visuals edited by Sovereign Comics represent the environmental theme portrayed as a metaphorical letter of contrition to the mythical Gaia for the damage done to her realm.

The new EP “Verbal sWARdz” by north London Emcee & producer Iron Braydz releases a week today, Monday 14th April.

The first in a series of releases for the Triple Darkness & FuFu Gang member this year, it’s a very strong marker for what lies ahead for the rapper who also has an acting role in a new film “Night Bus” shot by award winning director Simon Baker due out later in 2014.

West London’s Apex Zero releases his debut album “Reality Provoking Liberation” on 28th October and marks the 2nd anniversary of the London riots by launching this new video “Chaotic Revolt” filmed by Global Faction.
