VerbalSwardz-DeadEndHipHop

Latest to review the new EP “Verbal sWARdz” by north London rapper & producer Iron Braydz is US online Dead End Hip Hop

They have been a regular supporter of this release, publishing posts about video releases and the audio stream, and their contributor Samuel Odunsi Jr has a strong interest in hip hop with the classic elements of meaningful lyricism and superior wordplay combined with quality beats & production

Picking up on the major influence Wu Tang has had on the artist through the years, the review reflects the mic skills on display as well as Braydz own production style :

“I am a growing fan of the hip hop scene in the UK, including the battle rap league Don’t Flop, but I am always held in awe at the speed at which these rappers spit their lyrics. Iron Braydz is no exception. But like any good lyricist, Braydz isn’t just spitting for the hell of it…..All the bars said on this project by Braydz and the respective artists featured does indeed make this a verbal war….If you are fan of quality lyrics and that grimy RZA-inspired production sound, you need to listen to Verbal sWARdz.”

You can read the full in depth review HERE

Released on 14th April and featuring Triple Darkness, Sean Price, Prince Po, Kyza, Phat Kat, Skriblah and DJ Shortee Blitz, the 10 track Verbal sWARdz EP is available now from Iron Braydz’ BANDCAMP

VerbalSwardz-UKHH

Latest review of the new EP “Verbal sWARdz” by north London Emcee & producer Iron Braydz, this time by the long running online devoted to British hip hop UKHH.com

The high regard with which his lyricism has been held in the UK for the past few years is summarized

“Regardless of the flavour, Iron Braydz always serves up rhymes that are of the strictly highest order. With the exception of a select few, including a couple of whom from his own clique, nobody comes close to his pure rhyming prowess at this point in time. One can only assume that the projects over the coming months will explore different terrain but, for now, it is pretty exhilarating to hear this guy back spitting full stop.”
