Butta Da Prince first set the Chicago streets buzzin with the release of his 2009 Mixtape “Millionaire Minded : The Album Before the Album” produced by DJ Holiday. He worked with Holiday again on 2011’s “Butta” before releasing 2012’s “The King and Da Prince”, this time hosted by DJ Hustlenomics

Since then, Butta has teamed up with Seven 13 Music. They’ve just revisited the joint “Dolla Bills” from last year’s release to give it the remix treatment, and this time Slaughterhouse’s Crooked I also brings some additional lyrical heat to the table on this 808 bass heavy production

Now working on new material for 2014, the track is available on iTunes HERE

flyer

Hopefully 2014 will be as good as 2013 for touring hip hop artists to the UK and Europe, and this line up announced for early next year certainly indicates a promising start.

Redphone Records, Seven 13 Entertainment & Deep Concerts Media have come together to present a new tour featuring Queensbridge vets Nature & Blaq Poet, Detroit’s next name to watch out for (& younger brother of Royce da 5 9) Kid Vishis, and current Hawaii resident by way of Long Beach southern California Matt Maddox.

Also on tour will be DJ Mickey Knox who mixed Nature’s mixtape Ashtray Effect 2 earlier this year. As the tour name suggests, Matt Maddox celebrates the release of his new album “Righteous Fury” in good company, as Blaq Poet gets ready to release his new album Blaq Death, & Vishis prepares to launch a new mixtape shortly ahead of a new official album due in 2014. Next year should also mark the long awaited new studio album from Nature

The tour is in the early stages of organizing, with 4 dates already confirmed :

RPL-UKHH

Long running online platform supporting British hip hop & rap artists, UKHH.Com, got together with London’s Apex Zero recently to film a new interview where he speaks on his new album Reality Provoking Liberation (out 28th October) and he also spits some exclusive bars for them.

One half of the city’s First and Last duo, this is his debut solo album and has made a strong impression with the UK’s media recognizing the passion with which he addresses a range of political and social issues in his lyricism, the energetic delivery style and tight production, much of which is supplied by the man himself.

The album launch event was originally scheduled to take place at The Vibe Bar in Brick Lane on Saturday 2nd November. This has had to be delayed slightly due to other schedule obligations, but expect an announcement on the new date shortly.
